Common questions

Where are my results? Results are delivered by email to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. Results are available same day the lab receives your samples (before 2 PM on a business day).

Did the lab receive my samples? Once your FedEx shipment is delivered, the lab processes your samples and sends results by the end of the business day. You can track your FedEx shipment using the tracking number on your label.
