At MycoTest, we value your satisfaction with our DIY mold testing kits. Our return and refund policy ensures transparency and convenience while maintaining the safety and integrity of our products.
Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Kits:
- Unused and unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
- The packaging must remain intact, and the product must be in its original condition.

Defective Kits:
- If you receive a defective kit or your kit is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or full refund free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or Used Kits:
- Due to health and safety concerns, kits that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Kits Beyond 30 Days:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process

Contact Us:
- Email our customer support team at support@mycotestkit.com with your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, photos of the defect or damage.

Approval:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the kit back to us.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products. For defective or damaged kits, we will provide the return shipping.

Processing:
- Refunds and replacements are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Policy

Refunds for Eligible Returns:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return and verify eligibility.

Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Unauthorized Returns:
- Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns or items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Consulting & Protocol Writing Services:
- Refunds for services rendered for consulting & protocol writing services are not eligible for refunds.
