1. Collect Additional Samples — Use your existing tape supplies to collect additional surface samples with soot or fire residue. Apply tape firmly, peel back, and seal in the plastic case.
2. Label and Package — Label each case with a sample number. Add additional samples to the same box as your main soot kit samples.
3. Complete Chain of Custody — Update your chain of custody form with the additional sample numbers and surface locations.
4. Drop Off at FedEx — Use the prepaid label from your main kit order. All samples ship together in one box.
5. Receive Your Results — Lab results for each sample sent directly to your email after lab receipt.
