Great, quick mold test

I found what I suspected was mold in my HVAC. I researched this company and decided to try the swab test kit. It shipped the next day that I ordered it. I received it 4 days later. The instructions were simple. I mailed it back in the prepaid mailer and I had my results emailed to me 3 days later indentifying a strain of mold. I was very impressed with the whole process. It was quick, simple and efficient. I will use again if necessary.

An essential service!

Cannot say enough positive things not only about the testing itself, but also customer service and wealth of knowledge they have shared specific to our situation. These swabs have been so pivotal to isolating the exact scope of the issues with our house, and holding the remediator as well as eventually the siding company accountable (who's poor work led to water problems in the first place). I think it is so exceptional that they are making this lab testing accessible to the common homeowner/tenant, as data is key. Highest recommendation, especially given that my training in the mold industry has made it clear that incomplete scope of removal is one of the most common reasons remediations fail. Knowledge is power.

Sent the samples in yesterday 2-15. I will give a more complete review after and when I get the results.
